Does everyone get this feeling?

When you're in your basement (or first floor) and you go to go up the stairs alone, do you run up the stairs because you feel like something will reach out and grab you? Or at night when you have to go to the bathroom, do you feel like someone is watching you the entire time you're walking to it? I don't know which creeps me out more. One of these days I'm going to get up the stairs and realize that there's someone on the second floor rather than on the first floor, or open up the bathroom door to go back to my room only to see a large figure standing an inch away from my face, staring at me. It's 4am and I have to go to the bathroom. I'll pass on that.

i dont have stairs, but i do that when go through the hallway

Good thing I live in a one story home. The bathroom is right across my room(2-3steps to get there) and to the right of my room is the kitchen. Life is good. My advice is if you're afraid bring a weapon of some sort with you when you're going to defend yourself in case.

I use to do that constantly when i was home alone in the dark. I do a run by and turn on every light in the house in one lap.
