Did you ever mess up the stats/skills on your first character? If you did, what level did you find out that you messed up and how did you find out?

My cousins started playing about a month before me. When I started I made a Magician and made him a Cleric. During that time, one of my cousins told me to put up to 49 Dex into my character so I could hit monsters. When I was level 33 I had to restart because I had 49 Dex on a Cleric. It only took me about 2 weeks to get back to 30, though. That was in the early summer of 2005, so it wasn't as easy to level as it is now. [Edit] I also had maxed out the Energy Bolt spell, and my magic guard was only level one.

i uhmm... didnt mess it up but when i was in 2nd job i put up thunder bolt first cuz it was cool :o there was no cpq when i was lvl 30(3 years ago or so) so all i could do was go to florina kill clangs =P kinda hard to lvl

on my 1st warrior i had points in all and i found out i had screwed it when i couldnt make job adv when i got to level 10? but then i got to make my main and things worked perfectly...
