so i have a lvl 30 fighter and i was wondering where to use this 2x eexp on him to lvl faster

Use it with the event, and rush bpq till faust, that's what I did, got from 35-43 in 2 hours

Chief Oblivion Guardians. Seriously though, go to some place with a flat map and high spawn. From what I know, Scorpions are the best. If you can't find a map there, go to Sand Rats. And if you can't find a map there, just go to wherever you feel like.
