Can't add new character!

All right. So this is whats happening. I started a new character, and I wanted to add it to my basilID. However, it keeps saying that i must select a class and job, which i have already done so. All the information is accurate, so what might be going wrong? Any help? I already reported it a few mins ago, but was wondering if there was a way to fix it.

how about its not working? lol im sure mr curry is busy trying to get his new system up and running properly it'll be fixed soon
