So i bought a $10 NX card from Blockbuster today, and when I tried to enter the code, it said it was invalid. I tried it many different ways, with caps, and nothing seemed to work. I went back to Blockbuster to see if they hadn't activated it correctly, and they told me to contact Nexon, which, based on their performance, won't help much. Has anyone had this problem, and if so, how did you resolve it?

The letter "o" isn't in any of the codes, they're all 0(Zeroes). Try that.

L looks like I's or 1's. 8's look like B's. O's look likes 0's.

Umm also, I made a ticket today and like an hour or 2 later the problem was fixed for my account so I think there reading tickets for once, if it doesnt work try that

Lol. =D yes,try that. Make sure you have your account logged on. and press the redeem my 10$ nx code. and don't put in the "-" just the 20digit code

hey least your place told you to contact nexon. Future shop said if it doesn't work, it doesn't work. So basically if you buy and it fails you get screwed over. I got 3/4 to work and one of them didn't work. So i just kinda threw it away. haha
