She's been standing here and pouting at me over ten minutes... I've asked her what was wrong, but she didn't reply. Not even the tickle monster can fix her. It's actually scaring me.

get a flashlight and then flash it onto her face and off. If her eyes don't respond she may be having a seizure. Either way though if she doesn't respond, seizure or not, you should be calling paramedics.
