A Cygnus advertisement. Wth. I've hated them ever since 07. Is this going to happen to every character I log onto?

Every character thats lvl 20+, you only get it once, so dosnt really matter.

CsengerYou get it once at 15, once at 20. All 15+ chars made before CK patch will get it too.
