So which one would be the best? With Casandra I can get: 2x Drop Rate, Meso drop boost 30%, Meso drop boost 50%, and other things With Gaga I can get a random 65% untradeable scrolls (sometimes tradeable) A random item (Power Elixir, black crystal) With Maple Administrator I got more exp. Which one is the best?

I believe you should always go on Gaga analysis As you mentioned, you can get scrolls from him which is a good thing! I got a "Scroll for Overall for Dex 65%" and put it on a bathrobe and it worked! You should also try doing stuff like that.
