I got kinda scared when I read that and..the other things, so I checked and its barely visible now the ZIT I mean...Its like..almost gone assuming that you've had unprotected sex (or any sex at all), any signs of STD's serve as a warning. some STD's have no symptom at all, so it'd be best for you to have it checked out.

Im Australian, not ignorant (Not even close), and I havent had Mc Donald's since I was 8 (I can't eat it after I saw all the grease..) OT: Something gross... Ummm...
