This evil sorceress has turned all the Cygnus Leaders to STONE! Now it's up to you, the lone Cygus Knight to take her down! This proves that CK's are NOT turning to stone. However the black mage is going to turn the leaders to stone, as a quest for lvl91+ CK's.
