Replacement of Deputy Star?

Well as most of us know the MCPQ2 is coming out which means a new spiegelmann neckalce! The necklace has: Str (0~2) Dex (0~2) Luk (0~2) Int (0~2) WEAPON ATTACK (0~3) MAGIC ATTACK (0~3) and 3 slots. My question is will it kill the deputy star? Also it could be a ring, in Kms they replaced the ring with a necklace.

You need to be ranked Number One in order to actually get the necklace... as in the CPQ2 itself you have to have the best record.
