Should I do Himes or Typhons? I hear Himes are a lot faster but pot burning and I know for a FACT that's popular even off of 2x. Typhons are good but falling is annoying even with the MoH. MoH = Marker of Heroism

pavchka : Jumping and Hasting, thus keeping the amount of time you touch the floor to a minimum. Sounds good. works almost every time for me unless im lagging like crazy :/

LampShadow : To be honest typhons frustrate me too much to train there. I get on a bad streak and end up falling off 3 times in a row and someone steals my map. I only train there now to gather feathers for when I make balanced furies. Otherwise I solo at himes, and it's pretty good exp. Heavy grinding will cost you a lot though, a couple weeks ago I trained there on 2x and gained two and a half levels in 4 hours and I think it cost me 3-5 mil in pots and MG. That's a small price to pay for two and a half levels.

If you walk around the map in Dark Sight, you can't gather mobs. If you come out of Dark Sight to attack them to gather a mob, you can still be blown away by the gust if you try to innitiate Dark Sight.

I use backwards attacks to prevent myself from falling down. I jump, turn around in mid air and use BoT. I'll keep moving backwards, the monsters will be pushed back and I'll have enough time to safely enter Dark Sight again. Another thing is just BoT, Dark Sight, BoT, Dark Sight, BoT, Dark Sight... Speed is of the essence. I can keep on training for as much as a full hour without falling down. |
