Last Night was scary

i didnt know i had a dream but last b=night i woke up and everything was blurry. I got up to try and get up to go to my parents room to tell them i couldnt see anything that wasnt blurry but then it started to clear up but then i heard this loud beating and realized my heart was beating faster than it ever has by a longshot and i heard a man shouting no in a squeeky voice and a lady saying why. It really scared me.And when i went to tell my parents they said i might of had a nightmare even though i couldn't remember anything about a dream. So does anyone have a idea of what this means?

lol thts a scary experince. i had a dream this is rilly weired. so on 8/10/09 i was up till 11 playin maple tryin to find a zhelm. i got to sleep at 11:30. and i have this dream tht i bought a zhelm facestompers and stormcasters. it was weired. i woke up im like wtf tht was a weired dream anyone have same thing?

Also i have woken up several times and my vision was extremely blurry so thats why im scared something might be wrong...

OMG dude! i had an night mare yesterday too.... and yes everything was blurry....... and yeah heres the story IN the dream : i woke up with everything blurry, no one in the house and the lights can't be turned on. i went to the bathroom and the bathroom light can't be turned on.. so i pee anyways... then some how my cell phone is in my pocket... then it starting vibrating then when i opened it theres this video... i am in it! its like this is XXXX and theres a ghost in my house! then the view shifts and it was pointing at the ghost.. then i got scared and i closed the phone... then i realize the ghost was next to me... then i woke up... realized the pillow was on top of me and i am sweating a lil.... then i waited a while then get off bed.... its freaked me pretty bad i never had a nightmare this whole year... i wonder why i suddenly get one.. no i ddint watch scary movie or anything.... so scary =/ meridian10 how old are u? i am 14 can this be age related?
