Hacked and banned forever?

im sorry is this is in the wrong section heh this is confusing. Well my sister was recently hacked and banned forever for ' advertising' ? OK well my sister is freaking out and she baught so much stuff likie nexon cash. And she spent alot of time on it. I feel so bad for her :'[. I cant (CANT) log a tickit because someone already loged one saying .... some nasty things. PLEASE someone respond :'[ shes so sad right now. Thanks ! Tom

u will never get unbanned, similar thing happened to me, nexon isnt a good company

Think about it. If you were a hacker, and you've hacked several people accounts before, eventually, people would log tickets and Nexon would attempt to track you down. You would want to prevent Nexon from reading the hacked person's tickets. So you ban thier account by hacking on it. Now, Nexon's computers automatically ignore your e-mails and tickets because you're probably a hacker going PLZ ACCOUNT BACK PLZ IM SOZ. If someone insulted you, then asked you for money, would you help them out?

/cutwrists nexon does suck, unless you find a phone number and call them they will never do anything, and tickets are useless... I complain about them not upgrading their servers like they said they did and they pasted a msg saying i shoult check my connection -.-
