D/cing at zak

Hey Basilers, I've been wondering why each time I go on a zakum run at random times I disconnect and then this message pops up : Hack Shield : this only occurs wehn something is not on the above list. I don't know what that means I wasn't hacking or had any other programs on except Maplestory. I don't d/c at arms because I duo'd arms with my friend before. And sometimes when i enter the altar it d/cs me as well. I am using Windows Vista. EDIT: I use a laptop not desktop. If anyone knows why please explain it so that it won't happen again because its very annoying.

turn off shake skill screen, turn BG down, etc etc.

If you are using Windows Vista try changing it into Xp compatability mode. This worked perfect for my friend. He couldn't do it for about 3 runs and when he did this he got right through it. To change it to Xp mode, right click your maplestory on your desktop, click properties, go to the compatability tab and where it says "run this program in compatibility mode for:" select Windows Xp. Some people also say that if you alt enter or lower the quality settings just before each body part dies, it will work well. I believe that when you register as well just before the fight starts it can disconnect if you either double click or single click to go in. I can't remember though but you could both ways to prevent it from disconnecting right away.

I love how people bash Vista. (Not the TS.) It show's how stupid they are. I have Vista and it run's better than most people's computers.

I've been on 2 runs and have not D/c'd. First time I alt tabbed during last arm and starting of 2nd body. 2nd time I used Windows mode.

Server : Can anyone verify that the compatability mode thing works? That method doesn't work for me, so iunnoo, best bet is to go for the alt+tab or lowering graphics method.
