Merchants are not the same as Scammers.

| Not to add to the spam or anything, but honestly it isn't the same. If you're a merchant that offers people extremely low prices, you're just making a deal with someone. If you run through all of the FM shops and buy what they priced as cheap and sell it for more, that's just a gain. You are not scamming them, and that is what they had agreed to sell it for when they placed it in their shop. When you merchant, you do NOT rely on the trust of someone else for your own personal gain, much like many scams, and I don't think people seem to understand that. You simply agree on something, you don't just give them some lie or say "You gift me first I pay after" etc. Just saying. |

I would have posted it in one of those threads, but I've seen quite a few today. @OneHope AND Gamelover; That's the thing though, that's stereotyping ALL Merchanters to be like that when in fact it's just a few. And when it comes to Merchanters lying to you, they just want to buy it from you as cheap as they can. I admit that it's not entirely fair, but at least you're making a profit that's at least somewhat fair rather than literally losing money and gaining nothing. |

Idiot : -trades guy- -trading- Guy : Put all your mesos on it Idiot : Puts all the mesos Guy : Press trade and then press "ok" Idiot does it, and rants on basil about him being scammed. What I'm saying is, if you're not smart enough to do a simple trade or see through a scam, you deserve getting scammed. |
