is it true that if you were to transfer worlds with a hammered item, the hammer slots will reset to 0?

I seriously doubt it. Plus, there's a SC/Patch in a few days. If it's true, they will fix it before it happens.

It's true and you would of had to do it when the server check came the day after the patch.
