I'm looking for the accuracy needed for the 2nd Job advancment, but if you know the accuracy needed for the other advancements please do tell.

Not very much. I didn't have any acc equips at that level (excluding blessing) and I was fine. I'd say 20~ is enough. Just use a fish spear or get an amorian wedding basket or something.

2nd job is extremely easy like he said 20 acc is fine
