Upgraded Sprite Hack?

http://img5.imageshack.us/img5/4929/spritehack2.jpg (imageshack) Sorry if this is old news but I've never seen THIS sprite hack before. All I've seen is the slow, single attack on all mobs one. This one attacks INCREDIBLY fast on all mobs. Also the sprite is constantly being resummoned. Anyone else seen this? His name is CKSuiside.

Probably No Delay Sprite, it makes the attack no delay so it attacks constantly without stopping.
