so yea.. im making a bandit and i was wondering should i go low str or luk? and what do bandits usaly cap dex at? Thanks in advance theif forum.? edit: i plan on training this tell atleast 120+

This is an on-going debate. Depends on what level you plan to train your bandit until.

Dex cap = 25. Get whatever STR equips you can to end game with a lvl 80 Khanjar and whatever str you can't attain with equips apply with AP.

Dont cap your dex @ 25.. since you still need dex to equip dkhanjar or khanjar. depends if you have the funding and if you want different damage in the long haul

That's a little harder for Bandits than for Assassins. o_O As the above poster already said both STR shields need DEX. the Dragon Khanajr even needs 150 of it. I recommend you go LUK and if you like convert by 80 or 100. You can try and be a low DEX Dragon Khanjar user. Maybe you'll even be able to wear a Pescas, which might make you stronger than a DEXless STR Bandit.

cap your dex at 100 and str at 40 or 50 be normal dit until 60 then cap dex after you get 70 star putting str ( 40 or 50 depens of your equips ) zhelm will help you to cap dex and str
