I've already seen.. Gundam Seed Inuyaha (stopped half way got too boring) Full Metal Alchemist Death Note (My favorite anime of all time) Tried watching bleach, too boring. Know other anime that would appeal to my taste? Thanks

*waits for Shiro* Shakugan no Shana was one of my favorites. Elemental Gelade is good too. Rurouni Kenshin is a bit on the long side but also pretty good. I'll throw in Shamanic Princess for the lulz x)
