SSK or Bullet Time

Everyone says Bullet time is useless except for the avoid but SSK as people said to me become utterly useless at 2nd job+ as to Bullet Time helpful throughout everything I just wanted to know what you high levell Slingers did........ TYVM

You should have BOTH maxed in first job. Remake ur character, and this time don't add dash. Dash is the least important and can be dangerous in some situations. Bullet time adds the accuracy and avoidability that you NEED, and you will be using the corkscrew -> ssk spam combo in 2nd job. A lot.

Avoid saves pots and slightly improves your damage in 4th job (because you'll take less hits to your ship). Definitely max.

You don't need SSK after you get invisible shot. Either way, though, you end up putting points into a useless skill, so it really doesn't matter. Max bullet time and you're stuck with putting points with Grenade (useless except trying to shoot hoops), and max ssk and you'll max out bullet time in later levels anyways.
