Reverse/Timeless Equips can lvl right? So what if

I'm wondering if you can still lvl your Reverse/Timeless Equips with a CK at lvl 120 since he's reached max lvl and won't get any exp. Will it still get exp when you kill monsters or does it rise when your own exp rises too?

If this is the case why bothering getting those with a CK at all? Since you can just put em on at lvl 120 but won't be able to lvl it anyways 0.o kinda weird...

You can still get EXP on a LV120 Cygnus...but does Timeless level with the character or seperately?

it level not with you i saw a weapon lvling when the guy was at 46% or so so i think it will lvl even though you dont

lol how do you get exp? i mean if it's the max lvl to reach what happens if you get 99.98% 0.o? or do you get exp but your % won't rise like you get infinite exp?
