When do Outlaws shine?

Seeing as dexless sins and possibly bowmens do the most dmg in 3rd job, at what lvl does the Outlaw shine and come par on par with Dexless hermits? (considering they have the same equips) When would they do almost same dmg?

I dunno, but I like the damage I guess.. much cheaper than spending 19m on ilbi right now for about the same dmg, but a hella lot faster throwing... I just use invis shot over and over :p Recoil ftw.
