My offer good enough on a 55 att neva?

Theres a 55 att neva up for 800 mil, I offered 700mil. Is that a fair offer? Also, is it worth 700mil or less/more? I plan on using it as a possible endgame claw for my NW.

A 55 Attack Skanda goes for around 900m in Broa. Iono if that helps

Is it hammered? If it wasn't hammered, I'd pay 1.5bill for that. There's a 16 atk shield and 500m offer on my 52 atk neva hammered O-o

Anyone with a half of a brain would be smart enough to not go with dexless equips anymore (at least in it's high levels.) With the light of the HTP & Vicious Hammer, you're better off going dexless with a good Craven or Lampion if you have that kind of money.
