Its either New Leaf City which has a low rate of getting the items you want, or going to Zipangu which gives alot of scrolls.

i dont see why Zipangu, Do the scrolls really cost alot? I did NLC and it ripped me off I did Miwork Atrifacts and i got pretty good items.
