None at all if you follow the exact direction the program tells you to do. It's really easy actually. And to answer the TS question, no idea, I thought that I Installous was down?

Well whenever an app can't install I would switch from clean install to dirty install. It sometimes work and sometimes doesn't, if it doesn't work find another place to download it.
