Well I am a blaze wizard (CK) and I didn't get the quest cleaning up the streets. How come? Now I am unable to get the Blue chair. Is this a glitch or are there some quests that CK's don't get?

I know i didn't have the cleaning up the streets either and im a lvl 56 Night Walker....maybe cygnus can't do the quest O.O...
