go down the tower in orbis, then in the middle of a map there is a secret portal.

Go to the bottom of Orbis Tower Floor 1 and go in the middle portal. Then go all the way down to the next map. Near the top should be a portal that looks like a hole, it's in the center of the map so you can't miss it. Go in and there he is.
