How much electricity do computers use?

me and my older sister are about to go to vancouver to see our friends and we will be staying in our vacation house, we are suppose to pay some of the bills like electricity and our tickets i was thinking of opening a shop in fm and leaving my laptop on all day but i was wondering how much it would cost in the electricity bills? like per hour sorry for bad grammar and such im just busy packing

I rememeber when all monitors were the big bulky boxes (CRT) and were the biggest electricity user of the whole machine (that was why screensavers and standby mode existed). Not sure if it's true for the newer LCD models. Wait, that applies to desktops mostly, but notebooks still have plenty of power options to help you save battery power, this will also help with electricty consumption.

My computer uses around 200 Watt, that's quite average. I calculated it and it costs me 5 Eurocent per hour, which is like...7 Dollarcents? (This is when my monitor is turned off).
