Hmm this may not work but anyway. Buy one and get a receipt. Use it, then go back and say it wasnt activated, but this time bring the other card. Do this again in another store, and try saying "Oh i bought this but i cant go there atm its the same franchise etc etc" I repeat. THIS MAY NOT WORK!

Because most receipts come printed with either the store number, the store phone number, and the address of the store you bought it from, if they recognize it wasn't from their store, tough cookies.

That's 20 different stores.. That's a lot of gas money... I stole these so I wouldn't have to pay anything.
