What the lowest level?

Hello basil, I wanted to know what is the lowest level you can leech at. atm im level 29 and i cant level :P What leech would be good for me? Thanks.

You can leech at any level, but level 75 is recommended.

I dont want to spend all my life leveling -.- I really would suggest that "Leech Therapy" .Well you don't have to spend your whole life leveling. 2x isn't really that hard just keep an organized schedule. Then you can have an active life + training.
