Does being dexless make your attack range wider?

Yes it makes it less stable theoretically but the damage is always jumpy you will probably not notice much difference

ahhh basically you can say that since you'll have less dex that means lower dmg range but if you are extrememly funded you can get dex equips that'll add you dex o.o but most ppl just get acc since dex is not needed

yep. Dexless=200~1000 Reg dex = 300~800
