What is a PG mule?

I was just wondering if anyone could tell me what a PG mule is,i hear people talking about them all the time and i dont really know what they are. Ii know it's used for leeching but what does PG stand for, and what is the purpose Thanks, Awildwing

PG is Power Guard. If you PG a monster or something, you can receive EXP despite the level gap or something like that.
