Hi, I just made a perma-noblesse, And i was wondering if even though i didn't advance into a cygnus, if i can still get the mount at 50. Thanks

Yea you can, I think. The quest says the requirement is just Noblesse, Cygnus Knight, and over Level 50.

I wouldn't count on it though, because you might work very hard to get to level 50 and then notice you can't get it :P

There was a guy that posted his perma-noblesse riding on the Mimiana so that's the proof you can.
