KoC lvl 100 and 110 skills + 4th Advancement not out in GMS?

So, I'm almost at level 100 and I want to get barrage with my Thunder Breaker, but people say that lvl 100 and 110 spells aren't released on GMS yet. As well as level 100 mount, 120 mount and 4th job advancement... Can anyone clear it up for me please? :S

Where did you hear that? 100 and 110 skills are definitely out for GMS. And a 4th job advancement doesn't exist.

there is no 4th job advancement for CK their max level is 120

For one there is no 4th job advancement for a Cygnus Knight. They simply end their journey at lv120. I do believe that the lv100 and lv110 skill quests are out for them, considering I've seen a few screenshots of lv110+ with 4th job skills. As for the lv120 mount, I do not know if it is out.

I've not seen the level 120 mount, but in the training centre in the Training Maps on Ereve, the top two floors are solely for the purpose of obtaining your level 100/110 skills.

Well usually EMS gets it then after a while, GMS will. So don't expect it anytime soon.

Yes, they're out. I don't know who fed you that crock of crap. EDIT: Also, you can't get the last medal, though. All the information is in the database, but they forgot to add access to the map.
