| So I spent 1 year of my life, haven't logged on for like 2 days and then I log on and see I'm banned. This is when the ban festival started btw. Many people just got like 10 day ban, I got PERMA banned. I can't use my ID. So I log a ticket stating that I was falsely banned and my ban appeal got denied. The GM said, if you have anything else you want us to know please tell us. So I make a ticket and then another gm says it was a duplicate of my previous ticket. In the 1st ticket I said I was falsely banned and will i get un-banned. In second ticket they said it was a duplicate and the content of my 2nd ticket was about giving my buddy list back, since I dont remember everyone. And they said it was a duplicate. I didn't even say anything about un-ban. So stupid nexon bans me. Nexon un-bans lots of 200's. there were 11 that were banned and then they get unbanned, yet I dont. Nexon gives automatic replies and ignores me who bought like lots of nx. Nexon is probabaly the worst company ever. Nexon changed the ToS without us, players, permission. When I signed up a year ago, the ToS stated that Nexon cash will not give advantages to players without nexon cash. Now they remove that section. I don't think this is even legal! You can't just change the ToS without the players knowing. Nexon could be sued for this matter since over 4 million agreed to the old ToS and that 4 million is not compared to the lets just say 100,000 workers at nexon company worldwide. Who thinks Nexon should be sued? Because technically they ruined my online life. One case actually got some one into jail, so why won't nexon go into jail. So yes, they ban me for no reason and I spent money. If you spend money on something, you whould be treated top priority, not like who cares noob. Nexon probably lost over 1 million by banning so many players. They are just stupid. Nexon is going down. They will close soon. Who agrees Nexon should be sued and become out of business? A way to do this is everyone stop buying NX cash for a while, lets see how much their stock falls. Lets ruin this noob company! People should not log on that often. Everybody quit for school. and lets see how nexon thrives. Nexon made me lose over $2000 because a person scammed me through paypal and $100 in NX. Made me waste 1 year and over of my time. And they just close my account. Its just a game. Yeah so I didnt freakout, I'm just pissed of nexon and their customer support. My rant is over. It's messy but Nexon should really go down. |
