Mysterious Path 3. The drop rate is ridiculously low though, so unless you have luck.. You won't be finding much.

I found 3 steelies at fire drakes before, and 3 iblies while training at Wolf spiders from levesl 72-74

i trained my sader and my cleric at mp3 starting at 53-70 and only got 1 steely

Yeah, Ilbis at WS are good. Decent-ish drop rate. Better than MP3 steelies anyway.. :P
