Leeching is beneficial to all

Leeching uses LESS maps. People think that leeching wastes training spots. This is false. I will show 2 scenarios to demonstrate this. Scenario #1: 12x magician leeching a 7x player at harps. Maps used: 1 Scenario #2: 12x magician solo training at harps 7x player unable to buy leech, has to go train. Maps used: 2 2 players in 1 map is more efficient than 1 player per map. Even if the user only takes up 1 platform in a different map, that is still using up an extra space. Leeching does not lower the amount of open maps. The mage would be training anyway; leeching is only adding a second player to the map. This is more efficient, not less. Leeching is good for the economy. Anyone remember the massive inflation a few weeks ago? This was caused by people buying mesos. Increase in total meso pool = increase in prices. This is because those meso buyers bought items in FM for higher than normal prices. If they had instead spent all the mesos on leeching, the inflation would not have been as severe. Buying leech spreads out the meso supply; they are giving their money to multiple leech sellers. One person with 1bil has alot more power to inflate prices than 10 people with 100mil. An example: 100 players each buy 500k nx and spend on "meso bag" CS items. If they start using their mesos to buy stuff in FM, inflation starts. If they instead spread out their money to many different leech sellers, there will no longer be a concentrated amount of meso. Yes, inflation will still occur due to the leech sellers having more mesos, but the effect would be far less devestating than if the meso bag users were to spend their brand new mesos in the FM. In addition, most leech sellers are magicians, so this would limit the inflation primarily to mage items. If anyone remembers, w.atk items inflated ALOT more than mage items in the recent price rise. An increase on basic items like 60% glove atk scrolls will cause an overall inflation. Meso buying and CS meso bags hurt the economy no matter what. But if Nexon was to ban leeching, these people would use all the money in the FM instead of on their leveling. Leeching is a way to lower the purchasing power of these 5x assassins who buy 50bil online. They spend on leeching, which gives money back to the community.

Using less maps is certainly a new aspect of looking at leeching.

While I agree, leeching breaks the game. Proof? When you can reach the level cap in 16 hours.

Lol, Is this a joke? What 12x mage trains at harps? How does leeching help the economy? It only makes the wallets of mages fatter. This has to be a joke right?

This point has been posted many times, including once by me, leech haters just can't get it into their heads. @above, mages would be completely broke without leeching. Lets see you spend 4mil/h on pots for the rest of your maple career. Mages do not always train at harps, but they do train nonetheless, so it's still 2 maps for 1.

Ya, but leechers have no respect for first come, first serve, which is the only real rule that can determine if a person has proper rights to a map. Whenever I'm on, if a leecher comes to the map, they just take it. They don't ask, they don't care, they just steal it.

(We were here 2 hours early and started training) This bishop came and just started ksing us, all because he wanted money and need to leech a person. What can we do? We surely can't resist, there is no such report button where we can repotr them for KSing. I am not a hater or anything, just letting you know the truth guys. |
