On August 4/09 I was banned for harassment until September 04/09 and I didn't do anything, I logged a ticket on the day I was banned and it's been nearly for days and no one has responded yet, my situation seems hopeless, is there anyway to resolve this? someone reported you for harassment, with a screenshot probably. nexon will not give out the name of who reported you, so your ticket probably won't be answered in detail.
