Potentially a 50% increase in salary. I've worked with several of the board members and a mutual friend forwarded the job description to me. This could be my way out from the current crazy job. Wish me luck. (yeah, I know you guys really don't care. I'm just nervous. )

I am development director for a non-profit. It would be the same position, just at a different organization with a bigger budget. Oh yeah...half the commute too. Ok...I won't get excited yet. Thanks for the well wishes, guys. I appreciate it.
