Help me not get my account stolen? <3

Someone just hacked into my account. D: I was on my noob(diff. account) when this happened, and I saw my account was logged on. I logged off and tried to log on, but the pin was changed(pass was the same). I already changed the password, and asked for a pin reset.. but when i logged on my email, I saw someone requested one.. 2 hours earlier=/ I'm scared, cuz if he has my email, he might know my paypal/ other important things of mine. What should I do? *edit- He reset my accounts new password, pin, and changed the password on my email. Forget the account, how do I get rid of a keylogger?

Yeah, like nexon is going to help if I file a ticket. Isn't their ticket system automated? Ima try it, but anything else I can do?

Unless the email is read. He might've requested it, but not knowyour email. He can request it without knowing the email. If its read, he knows your email and pass. If not, he doesn't

Well, he changed the pin, so I'm guessing he does. I'm pretty sure it was read too. What I want to know is.. how do I get him out of my computer D:

Well for your account, change your password ASAP and then after that change the pin. For your email, just change your password. theres no way he'll know your secret question unless hes maybe a family member. After you do sign out because everyone on your account will sign out kicking him off your email. It'll ask him to re-enter the pw which he won't know because you just changed it.

If you try to log into an account while somebody is on it you recieve that annoying notice saying something along the lines of "Either you are already logged on or 'something about looking at ur account'" This message is seen after u type in ur ID and Password and it is confirmed, the notice appears BEFORE you are able to put your pin in, so i don't understand how you would know this.

Download Spybot: Search & Destroy. After that, change the passwords and stuff on everything.

the best thing is to reformat ur computer and i hope u learned ur lesson, like not accepting strange files or dont go on strange websites! what u can do if u cant format atm... Like write the letters on a notepad.. and copy every letter til u got a good password. paste it into wordpad or something, and always copy n paste! because keyloggers can only see what u write ( dunno if this changed tho)

I run my antivirus on every file I dl, and at least twice a week. This is wackk. By the way.. i'm a total computer nub., how do I reformat? I don't wanna blow up my computer. haha.
