LVL 1 in FM possible? HACKERZZZZZ

ok so here goes the story. I have a zrun and someone is getting on my account so i was waiting for my friend to get on so he could help me xfer al the stuff. I was waiting in the fm, and some guy screamed like mage quitting sale or something. fm 1 I went into fm 1 and there were alot o shops. Some were chaos scrolls some were elwands etc. This one guy shop i went in had nothing. absolutely nothing. It was titled "glitches ftw?" then i looked at his info and he was LVL 1! i was like...is that possible? is there an fm on maple island? i asked my guild, they all said he's a hacker. i know there are some rumors about ppl getting hacked when they like enter shops or something. am i at risk? there were 2 other ppl in there too. after a while he left. I tracked him and he was in ch 1 going through the fm rooms. I decided to ss him and ask basil. anyway he got to fm 2 and just stood there. Is he just liek a dc hacker or something? or do i haev something to be worried about? Here is ss: i know its easy and all to edit this with merely paint, but y dont u track him. EDIT: ok lvl 1 explained. can anyone explain the empty shop?

I have a mule level 2 in Vic. You didn't have to be level 7 to get out of maple isl....year and a half ago.

In the early stages of maple, it was possible to get off maple island at level 1

u can be lvl ... well use to be able to when u could just get 150 mesos and take the ship to vic island at lvl1 now u cant so he might just be very old.

It is possible. - Get invited to a wedding. - Could be an old account. (there was no level limit to get out of maple island a long ago) - Teleport rock?

Back, back then, you could get off maple island at level 1. But for some reason they changed it to lvl 7+.

A year or two ago. You just had to pay to leave maple island. There was no mininum level requirment needed to leave maple island. Just get the money and pay and you'll be off.
