Say I used PayPal to order 30,000 NX cash. Would I be able to go into the MTS straight away, and buy things I want? Thanks for any help =]

No you can't buy anything in the MTS with paypal NX.

Just found out that Enchanted Scrolls are only for gamecard NX too. I'm so annoyed that Nexon does this - it means that people like me who live in Europe can't access a lot of cash shop features. And before anyone points to EMS, I joined GMS in May 2006 and am therefore entitled to play GMS with my existing account. It just annoys me a lot that Nexon seem to be doing more and more to piss off players who are outside the GMS region, by restricting what we can buy in the cash shop. I have more than enough paypal NX and am willing to keep spending, but why limit cash shop items to gamecard only? What's the matter Nexon? My paypal cash not good enough for you?
