What level do you have to be to get the 3rd upgrade for the Maker Skill. I've done all the Maker Skill related quests availible to me at this point (Keol's order 1-10 etc.), but I still havn't recived the quest related to the 3rd upgrade (if there isn't any level requirement, then what do I have to do to get it).

3rd lvl is at 120

I think it's actually 105. That's the requirement in my quest book.
