leech lv is starting lv 26 with pg mule, but lv 78 is harp leech which is the most common starting point of leech, many ppl do it before by doing spider, or windraider leech. leech starting low lv is very expensive because of the pg mule. so ppl mostly start with harp that is lv 78

leech at snails, nah jk good lvl to buy leech is probably lvl 70+ since it will be harder cause lvl 70+ pqs don't give very decent exp.
