ok well now that Vicious Hammer can out, they finally make HT necklace 52/52/52/52 now for a NL wouldnt that be better than a MoN bc it now adds the 52luk att boost, str and dex. So in other words... HT Necklace 52/52/52/52 or Mon? If you vote for MoN please state why

Yeah, might not be a good idea to buy an item that can only be obtained by exploiting a glitch, especially with that maple leaf brigade going ban happy on everyone. As far as I'm concerned, HT necklace is still 22/22/22/22, until nexon officially announces that it's ok to glitch it, or it becomes popular without mass bannings.
