Question about Cassandra and polluted rocks.

I'm at Ludi, tried killing every monster there, I haven't gotten any polluted rocks o_o and I turned all 20 of mine in already to agent E. Is there a cool down? And another question, why isn't cassandra's quest appearing? You know, the one where she gives you 2x drop :o Thanks if you could help :] EDIT: Lol, not agent E x_x they all confuse me.

You're supposed to get 20 rocks before her quest appears. There's no cool down for the rock quest but maybe only certain monsters drop them.

It lasts for 30 minutes instead of 1 hour. On Topic: They should just drop automatically. Try killing another monster and see if they drop again.

There's a Slightly Polluted Rock quest and a Heavily Polluted Rock quest. Slightly polluted drops from lower level monsters, and Heavily Polluted drops from level 50+. And there isn't a cool-down for me, when I give it to anyone else other than Maple Administrator.

Well, there are different lvls for different rocks. So if polluted rocks are purple, then you have to kill monsters of lvl 30+.
