Attack freezing issue

I've had this doubt for a while. Sorry if it is a "noob question" Whenever u press the attack button long enough -like 1 minute- the char stops firing. It keeps doing the mimic of the shot but nothing comes out. This is particulary anoying when fighting bosses, or monsters like HeadlessHorseman for example. Did the programers put that on purposse? does this happens with other jobs as well?

It happens to every class, it's to prevent botting. After 100 attacks you'll stop firing - doesn't apply to Hurricane or Rapid Fire for obvious reasons.

Does this happen to anyone? you hold down se and after a while you do the motion without the skills. I haven't tried it with other skills.

Is it true that if you start and stop hurricane/rapid fire 100 times without moving, the bot catching system will eventually kick in and you can't fire until you move?

LOL that wouldn't make sense cuz botters would just let hurricane go on forever, why would they start and stop

Just tested it, no limit to Hurricane other than the fact that you can't Auto-Pet-MP, aya.

oh i didnt noe pet auto mp doesnt work on soa haha
