I was just wondering can i buy 2 2x exp. cards at the same time and stack for 4x exp? Thanks in advance.

Nope, you can't. 2x card can stack with event, with family 2x, with HS, with pendant. Family 2x doesn't stack with event, though =(

2x Card 2x Event 1.3x Pendant 1.5x Holy Symbol The max someone can get is: 8x Exp :D

so if you time it right you can get 8x from: 2x + 2x event + 2x family + pendant & HS to get 8xish
